Woke up this morning wondering what was the point to life. I musn't forget to take my vitamin D. Yesterday was full on with my next project, feeling like it's a waste of time. Trying to remind myself that nothing is a waste of time as I will be learning what not to do. By the way, I am treating this journal as I would have at Uni, everything and anything goes in. Moods are so important to making my art, In fact, why couldn't I face painting for the last 10 years ~ I think that maybe life had been too good. I have finally put my first entry in here, took awhile, but I wanted to show my best. Springtime at the Pond was done using Photoshop's basic brushes.  I really started off wanting to practice doing rocks, and it went from there.   As I am more used to painting in oils and love to use pastles, it sort of carried over to the digital image. I am currently working on something completely diferent, but I am busting to explore more of the same type of painting digitaly. Not one really for words, I think I will leave it there ~ Chris
